Le ministre de l'éducation nationale,
Vu la loi du 10 juillet 1934 relative aux conditions de délivrance et à l'usage du titre d'ingénieur diplômé, notamment son article 6 ;
Vu le décret no 85-685 du 5 juillet 1985 relatif à la composition et à l'organisation de la Commission des titres d'ingénieur ;
Vu l'avis de la Commission des titres d'ingénieur en date du 14 septembre 1999 ;
Vu l'accord de reconnaissance réciproque sur l'exercice de la profession d'ingénieur signé entre la Commission des titres d'ingénieur et le Conseil canadien des ingénieurs ;
Vu la demande des autorités canadiennes en date du 8 mars 2000,
Arrête :

Art. 1er. - Sont admis par l'Etat les diplômes obtenus à l'issue d'un programme d'études en génie des universités canadiennes reconnu par le Bureau canadien d'accréditation des programmes d'ingénierie présentant des programmes et donnant un enseignement suffisants, au plan académique, pour délivrer un diplôme d'ingénieur au regard des critères français. La liste des programmes d'études en génie concernés par le présent arrêté est fixée en annexe au présent arrêté.

Art. 2. - Cette décision prend effet pour une durée de six ans.

Art. 3. - Les titulaires des diplômes sanctionnant les programmes d'études en génie indiqués en annexe et qui ont obtenu au Canada le droit au titre d'« ingénieur professionnel » sont autorisés à porter en France le titre d'ingénieur diplômé. Le titre doit être obligatoirement suivi du nom de l'école et porter mention du pays d'origine.

Art. 4. - La directrice de l'enseignement supérieur au ministère de l'éducation nationale est chargée de l'exécution du présent arrêté, qui sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.

Remarques
Lorsqu'une seule date suit le nom d'un programme, elle indique l'année de la première promotion à laquelle l'accréditation s'applique. Les promotions subséquentes jouissent également de l'accréditation et celle-ci est toujours en vigueur.
Lorsque deux dates sont mentionnées, il s'agit de la période (les deux dates étant incluses) pour laquelle le programme a bénéficié de l'accréditation. Une telle situation peut se produire si l'établissement a cessé d'offrir ce programme sous ce nom particulier, si l'accréditation est arrivée à son terme sans que l'établissement en demande le renouvellement, ou encore si le BCAPI a refusé ce renouvellement.
Si une troisième date apparaît, elle indique le renouvellement de l'accréditation à partir de cette année-là, après un intervalle.
